MLS | Authorized Subcontractors/Sub-processors

The following companies, subcontractors/sub-processors and data locations are used by Market Logic to provide its Services and have access to Subscriber Data. Market Logic will inform Subscriber of any intended changes to the below list and give Subscriber the opportunity to object to such changes. If Market Logic intends to engage with a new subcontractor/sub-processor or modify the Authorized Subcontractors/Sub-processor, Market Logic shall inform Subscriber in writing of the intended changes (an email sent to Subscriber's point of contact is sufficient).  Subscriber shall have two ( 2 ) weeks to reasonably object to such change in writing. The change shall be deemed accepted either upon expiry of the specified period without reasonable objection by the Subscriber, or earlier if expressly approved in writing by the Subscriber, and the Authorized Subcontractors/Sub-processors shall be deemed updated accordingly. Please note that, should Subscriber reasonably object to a change and such change is not implemented due to such reasonable objection by the Subscriber, Subscriber may not be able to use the Services related to such change, provided that this inability to use such Services shall not allow Subscriber to terminate the Agreement and/or a Statement of Work and/or an Order Form in whole or in part. In such cases, the Services shall be provided without the involvement of the objected subcontractors/sub-processors to the extent possible. Notwithstanding the above, Market Logic may use subcontractors without having to obtain written consent from Subscriber where such subcontractors are used in the day-to-day business of Market Logic.

Where Subscriber has purchased a Connector under the applicable Statement of Work or Order Form, the Connector specific language in the applicable Agreement or Terms and Conditions or Statement of Work or Order Form shall apply.
